From the love for local products and the wisdom of Chef Giorgio, new dishes are created every day that celebrate Ladin, Mediterranean and international cuisine. A journey through flavours and fragrances that only the best raw materials can guarantee, enriched by the flair of Giorgio and his daughter Cristina, who often come up with new and surprising combinations.
Every evening for your dinner, you will find an ever-changing menu where you can choose what you prefer, with many options also available for vegetarians, those with special diets, and lovers of sea or river fish.
Accompanying the various courses are the best wines from Italy and Trentino Alto Adige, a land of vineyards with an ancient tradition, which you can discover every week with a guided wine-tasting session with master Sommelier, Carla.
