We stayed from 13 to 20 March and it was a pleasant surprise.
Situated a stone's throw away from the escalator entrance to the Vigo cable car, it offers all the services, from the covered garage, the ski depot with room lockers and a wellness area available.
The highlight was the helpfulness of the owners and the courtesy of the staff, you simply feel at home. What can I say about the cuisine? 10/10. - TripAdvisor

Words are not enough to describe this establishment.
The owners, exceptional people, are attentive to the customer's every need and always available to give advice to better organise the holiday.
The hotel is very attractive and clean, the rooms are large and comfortable and the spa is also accessible to families with children.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with delicious cakes prepared by the chef, not to mention the dinner where tradition and innovation are combined, giving life to delicious dishes.
We were super satisfied with this establishment and will definitely be back.

Excellent service, a family-friendly and discreet environment that pampers you from arrival to departure, with one of its strong points being its traditional cuisine with sophisticated flavours and aromas!
The desserts are also sublime, all strictly homemade by Chef Giorgio!

The Lorenz family really makes all guests feel at home, thanks to the friendly atmosphere.
The breakfast is fantastic, as is the dinner, which always has lots to choose from, and the level of cleanliness is excellent.
The spa, with its sauna, steam bath and hydromassage pool, is an experience worth trying.
